Senior Merger and Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

As the M&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end M&A processes — from strategic planning and deal sourcing through to execution and post-merger integration. A core priority will be supporting the post-merger integration of SEMICAPS and Unicomp and working closely with the CEO of SEMICAPS on upcoming M&A pipeline and business development activities.

You will collaborate with C-suite executives and global and regional business leaders to identify and execute strategic opportunities that support the company's inorganic growth agenda across Singapore, China, and international markets, serving as a key driver of year-over-year inorganic growth targets.
