Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective merchandise planning, allocation, and in-season management. The Senior Merchandising Manager is leading the Little Burgundy merchandisers and guiding them to achieve their goals as well as the company goals.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all replenishment of product, including setting models and transfers for their assigned brands and categories.

  • Develop, enhance, and leverage reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights that drive sales, optimize inventory turns, and improve overall profitability

  • Manage the merchandising team to support growth initiatives and achieve sales targets across key stores, including new openings, remodels, relocations and focus stores

  • Plan and manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) activities in alignment with warehouse capacity, store operations, inventory flow, and stock turn objectives
