Senior MEP & Properties FM Lead

AD Ports Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Officer MEP for Properties Management. You will directly oversee FM contractor personnel, ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and costs, and maintain operational efficiency across the facility portfolio.

You will track service requests via CMMS, audit site conditions through regular inspections, and liaise with tenants and authorities on utility shutdowns and compliance issues.
