Senior MEP Engineer (Swimming Pools & Water Features)

Lead the design, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems with a focus on swimming pools, spas and decorative water features, ensuring compliance, quality, sustainability and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP systems for buildings, swimming pools, spas and water features.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, landscape architects, contractors and clients.
• Design filtration, circulation, water treatment, HVAC, heating, cooling, chemical dosing and pumping systems.
• Develop energy‑efficient solutions including VFDs, heat pumps, solar heating and water recycling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, FINA/ISPSC, ASHRAE and local regulations.
• Oversee installation, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Review contractor submittals, materials and shop drawings.
