Senior MEL Lead - Health Data & Insights (Colombia)

FHI 360 is seeking a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer in Colombia to provide technical leadership across MEL activities for the STRIDES program, ensuring data quality and evidence‑based decision making.

You will oversee data collection, dashboards, donor reporting, and capacity building for staff and partners, with travel to field sites and collaboration across teams in Spanish and English.
