Senior Mechanical Engineer - Telescope Systems & Site Ops

Big Science Sweden is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the CTAO‑South project at the La Silla Paranal Observatory in Chile. This role involves overseeing procurement, installation, and operation of mechanical systems, including power generators.

The successful candidate will facilitate the installation of Cherenkov telescopes and assist in maintenance operations. Candidates should have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.
