ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a Senior member of the Autonomous Launch And Recovery System research and development team acting as an individual contributor to the design, manufacturing, and production of these systems.

Provide leadership, and structure to the mechanical engineering team in NS that includes a varied group of talented engineers, and technologists. Provide regular check-ins and oversite, including mentoring and coaching, to the junior members of the team.
