About the Role

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the marketing technology stack and supporting infrastructure
• Manage and deliver critical marketing execution projects on time using strong project management practices
• Develop, maintain, and document best practices as processes evolve
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact technology implementation or adoption

Key Deliverables

• Build strong partnerships with Marketing, BDR, and Digital teams across business units and subsegments
• Analyze, document, and validate marketing technology needs, translating diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear requirements
• Expand and optimize our martech automation workflows leveraging RPA and agentic AI, including:
  • Lead flow and scoring
  • Data management
  • Best practice implementation
