The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading the measurement, analysis, and optimization of Natural Grocers' marketing initiatives, customer loyalty programs, digital experiences, and promotional strategies. This role partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, E-Commerce, and Executive Leadership to transform data into actionable business insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and sales growth.
The Senior Marketing Analyst serves as the primary analytics leader for the Marketing department and oversees the development of reporting frameworks, experimentation strategies, customer insights, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems.
