Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor leads a dynamic team of Manufacturing Supervisors to ensure the successful implementation of processes that drive manufacturing performance and quality. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Implements and drives operational initiatives designed to improve the workflow and processes of manufacturing activities. Clearly communicates new processes, expectations and how to measure the effectiveness of the change.
