Senior Manufacturing Floor Leader

Mölnlycke Health Care in Kuala Ketil, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead shop-floor execution across glove production lines, ensuring safety, quality and output targets while coordinating with the Assistant Production Manager.

You will mentor shift leaders and operators, monitor labour and materials, enforce regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA), drive Lean and 5S improvements, and sustain a culture of continual manufacturing excellence.
