Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will support new product development, new product introduction and cost-out designing for existing product lines through sound execution of engineering principles and processes. A high level of ‘hands‑on’ technical capability and sound engineering principles are required to be successful in this position. Leads a team of engineers and provides coaching and guidance. Grooms, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function in a long sustainable manner.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
