Senior Manufacturing Engineer — Flow & NPI Leader

MKS Instruments, Inc. in Nogales is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering for Flow products. You will champion process development, optimization, and sustaining activities to ensure scalable, high‑quality production and successful NPI ramp‑up.

The role requires strong leadership of a 5–10 person team, collaboration with global groups, and a data‑driven approach to improve yield, OEE, and cycle time while driving Industry4.0 initiatives and CAPEX projects.
