Responsibilities
- Ensure that processes comply with established Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards.
- Develop and understand documentation related to process gauges, electrical schematics, etc.
- Develop and qualify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) in accordance with applicable standards.
- Train operational personnel in welding techniques and best practices.
- Assist in the creation of acceptance and rejection criteria, as well as their implementation.
- Analyze welding defects and apply corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop standard operation sheets for operations (OMS, TRS, ORS).
- Define, create, update, and control FMEA according to engineering changes, customer requirements, and special characteristics.
- Support production in process operation to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Work in a safe environment to prevent accidents.
