Senior Manufacturing Engineer

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that processes comply with established Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards.Develop and understand documentation related to process gauges, electrical schematics, etc.Develop and qualify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) in accordance with applicable standards.Train operational personnel in welding techniques and best practices.Assist in the creation of acceptance and rejection criteria, as well as their implementation.Analyze welding defects and apply corrective and preventive actions.Develop standard operation sheets for operations (OMS, TRS, ORS).
