Purpose and Overall Relevance

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DCs for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of Through Sports to support revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe.

To ensure a successful and sustainable portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value‑added service.

In this role you are responsible for managing quality, development and coordination of the assigned service area at adidas locations in Emerging Markets (Central UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Jordan). This role will set the highest quality standards for all location‑related facility operations.
