Vacancy Description
Responsible for overseeing the administration of the Payroll and Benefits of Executives across the enterprise as well as designing, execution and evaluation of the Compensation, Benefits and Rewards Program of the company through Job Analysis and other Total Rewards strategies that are aligned with the current market standards in similar industries, to strengthen the organization's capability to attract and retain talent.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or Business Administration Major in Human Resources, Management, or any related field
Required Skills and Work Experience:
• At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources, particularly in Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits administration, and at least 3 years' experience as a People Manager
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a BPO setting
