Senior Manager - Software Engineering

The Shopper Technology department sits within the Marketing & Channels Technology organization at the company. Our mission is to engage shoppers with fully digital experiences and connect physical and digital retail as shoppers move between store and web.

Core Responsibilities

• Guiding the team toward the simplest solutions that deliver working software to shoppers around the world.
• Setting and maintaining a high bar for code quality, testing, and refactoring across the codebase.
• Participating in user interviews, prototyping, and solution exploration to keep delivery grounded in real shopper needs.
• Prioritising features, bugs, and chores alongside product and design partners, with an eye on where the team’s time creates the most value.
