JOB SUMMARY

The Short-Term Missions (STM) Senior Manager at MAP International is responsible for driving the operational success, financial growth, and strategic expansion of MAP's short-term mission program to advance the MAP 2030 Vision. Serving as the primary 'face' of the STM program, this role focuses on high-level account management, consultative relationship cultivation, and revenue generation via service fees from corporate and organizational partners. This role operates as a 'player-manager,' meaning the successful candidate is actively executing day-to-day operations while simultaneously managing, coaching, and leading the team.
