Responsibilities
- SnrMgr(Research) will be working with tertiary institutions and research institutions, to conduct applied research in relevant areas, particularly in Human Factors Engineering (HFE).
- He/she will use the research findings to develop design parameters for new platforms and upgrade existing platforms.
- Conduct research on relevant areas, particularly in Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis.
- Derive live-virtual training mix for platform training.
- Singapore Citizen
- At least five years of relevant experience in Human Factor Engineering/STEM and related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in HumanFactor Engineering/STEM related studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares.
- Excellent staff writing abilities.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Past experiences in collaborating with industry partners for research and testing. ...
