About the job Senior Manager - Real Estate Strategy & Advisory
On behalf of our client, one of the largest integrated real estate consultancies in the region, we are seeking dynamic and visionary Senior Managers / Managers within their Strategic Advisory & Development Solutions department to spearhead strategic initiatives, foster client relationships, and drive project success.
The ideal candidate should possess practical real estate consulting experience from high tier real estate companies or Big 4 consulting firms, demonstrating a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and business development.
You should have advanced knowledge and technical skills in completing feasibility studies, highest and best use engagements, market assessments, benchmarking studies amongst other consulting assignments across various asset types in sectors like Entertainment, Sports, F & B and Retail.
