Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Financial Insights creates and leads a new executive reporting and business insight capability for Realty’s CapEx and OpEx portfolio—a function that does not exist today. The role designs reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and BI capabilities from scratch, then drives adoption across six organizations without direct authority. The position engages directly with VPs and SVPs through dashboards, scorecards, and actionable insights, serving as the point of accountability for how Realty leadership sees financial performance and makes multi‑billion‑dollar investment decisions.
