Senior Manager, R2R

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager, R2R , reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, SEA; based in Iskandar Puteri, JB/Bangsar South, KL . Office‑based, and expected to work out of the local office at least 50% of the time. Travel to any of the group’s office locations may be required but would be expected to be less than 10% of total time.

The Financial Controller is accountable for end-to-end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) delivery, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial close and reporting. The role leads general ledger, fixed assets and intercompany accounting, strengthens governance and internal controls, and drives process standardisation and automation leveraging SAP S/4HANA. Acting as a key business partner to stakeholders and shared service teams, the role also supports finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across the R2R value chain.
