Senior Manager (Programmes)

As a Senior Manager in the Tote Board’s (TB) Grants Programmes team, you will play an important role in shaping and stewarding grant programmes to meet community/social needs aligned with TB’s vision and strategic outcomes. You will lead/co‑lead programme design and evaluation, guide junior team members and serve as a key partner to stakeholders across the public, private and social sectors.

• Apply data‑driven insights to identify emerging needs and funding opportunities
• Lead or co‑lead the curation and design of grant programmes, translating sectoral insights and emerging needs into clear funding strategies and programme propositions
• Partner with diverse stakeholders (e.g. government, private entities, social service agencies) to understand the sectoral landscape and identify gaps (“white spaces”) and co‑create solutions
