Senior Manager, Production Planning and Control

**Description:**
You will be the Senior Manager, Production Planning and Control for the Production Planning and Control (PP&C) team. Our team is responsible for overseeing end to end production planning, inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics coordination across multiple programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior Manager, Production Planning and Control you will be responsible for leading a high performing team that drives efficient material movement, accurate inventory, and on time production across the Ocala facility.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead and develop a diverse team of exempt, non exempt, and represented employees.
+ Direct receiving, warehousing, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
+ Manage MRP, scheduling, and production support processes.
+ Oversee shipping, traffic, and vendor managed inventory operations.
