Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Lead ongoing operations to ensure high levels of accuracy for monthly and quarterly trading of Private Asset products
• Ensure subscriptions, distributions, rollovers & redemptions are completed within the required timelines
• Take full responsibility for all activities pertaining to Private Assets and work closely with the Director, Private Assets & Product Development
• Act as a liaison with various internal departments including the vendor to ensure the products are set up and functioning as intended
• Work with internal partners (PIC, Portfolio Management, Scotia Trust, Scotia Capital & JFL) to ensure proper execution of trades and applicable downstream applications and report to dealers, portfolio managers an...
