Role: Senior Manager - Principal's Office, Mumbai Experience: 8-10 Years Salary: Up to 12 LPA ________________________________________________ Role Overview: The Senior Manager will oversee, guide, and provide essential administrative support to the Principal's Office team. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day government staff-related matters—including payroll, employee files, leave, audits, and school-related administration—as well as scholarship proposals, reimbursements, and full-and-final (FnF) settlements for staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Finance & Accounts Management Ensure timely submission of crucial compliance documentation, including pay bills, annual increments, arrears, provident fund records, salary recoveries, and supplementary pay bills. Maintain and manage accounts for Grant-in-Aid (GIA) schools, including assessing non-salary grants.
