Senior Manager - Performance Marketing (Amazon Ads)

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Manager- Performance Marketing (Amazon Advertising) for a Mumbai based, series B Funded, direct to consumer brand that is one of the best known brands for education based toys & games for children

Responsibilities -

• Build & own a robust performance marketing strategy for amazon PPC campaigns across geographies
• Deliver the ROI/ROAS targets & own the performance marketing P&L
• Partner with the leading marketplaces to create competitive Joint Business Plans, DSPs, etc
• Brief the creative team with a strong conversion lens, translating data into sharper hooks, formats, offers and audience angels
• Run structured, always-on AB/B testing across audiences, placements, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages & promotional constructs
• Build and maintain a live performance dashboard with clear visibility for the leadership team
