Job Summary

Resourceful and analytical, the Senior Manager – Continuous Improvement/Business Process Re‑Engineering (Ops Development) trains, facilitates and promotes the use of CI (Lean Six Sigma) BPR methodologies through coaching of project teams to continuously streamline processes operations, and eliminate waste to improve efficiency to achieve cost savings.

• Inculcate Continuous Improvement (CI) mindsets through deploying Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management and Change Management throughout the BUs supported
