+ 12 years of industry experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), or Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
+ 10 years of experience managing engineering teams, including experience managing people managers.
**Preferred qualifications:**
