Your Role

The Senior Manager, Origination will be responsible for identifying, securing, and executing land and access agreements that underpin RWE’s renewable energy development portfolio in Australia. This role focuses on face-to-face regional engagement, connecting with prospective landholders to determine sentiment, and negotiating and securing the access licences, options, leases, and easement agreements required to progress projects from origination through to development.

The Senior Manager will work closely with the Development, Legal, and Community Engagement teams to execute the origination strategy and feed insights back into its ongoing evolution.
