Senior Manager, Organizational Development

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development and/or effectiveness, industrial psychology, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in organizational development, effectiveness, or design, providing consultation to leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
+ Experience partnering with supply chain, distribution, logistics, or operations leaders
