Senior Manager of Project and Program Management (PMO)

RequirementsThis position requires a strong technical perspective in project management, bringing proven experiences to elevate PMO methodologies, improve delivery consistency, and enable global visibility of the project portfolio
Typically, 10+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles
Proven experience driving PMO transformation, standardization, or capability building initiatives
Strong, hands-on expertise in Smartsheet, including building dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions
Demonstrated experience training, coaching, and mentoring project and program managers
Formal project management training or certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
Deep understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, governance frameworks, and best practices
Strong stakeholder management experience across global, cross-functional environments
