**Purpose**

The Senior Manager Model Design and Best Practices, supports the Director, Model Design and Best Practices by analyzing operational process to identify, assess and set strategic initiatives to drive improvements throughout Retail and Small Business Collections. The incumbent plays a key role to determine, and propose changes to collection models, in matters of operational processes, technology and organization. Also, is responsible to conduct financial assessments and provide support for successful implementations by ensuring full adherence to Scotiabank’s standards.
