In this role, you will:
End‑to‑End Loan Closing Execution
Own the accurate and timely settlement of complex, high‑risk, and high‑volume loan trades, acting as both Counterparty and Agent.Serve as a go‑to subject matter expert for LSTA and LMA market practices, ClearPar workflows, and primary/secondary settlement processes, including par and distressed trades.Ensure strict adherence to credit approvals, loan documentation, pricing, limits, and regulatory requirements.Act as a senior escalation point for complex settlement issues, counterparty disputes, and operational incidents.
Ownership of Process, Controls & Risk
