Senior Manager, Legal

Candidate will be responsible for providing legal and corporate secretarial support to the Singapore business and collaborating with counterparts in other business divisions with an overseas presence. Proven track record and experience in data centre and sub‑sea cable projects would be valuable.

• A law degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of complex M&A or commercial post‑qualification experience and a strong working knowledge of the SGX regulatory framework.
• Experience working in diverse business environments is desirable.
• The ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders on critical projects in a fast‑paced environment, and to independently pre‑empt, manage, and address escalation points, using strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and sound judgment.
