The Opportunity

As the Senior Manager for Lean Excellence, you will lead the site’s Lean transformation, shaping both the Lean system and the culture of excellence required to achieve world‑class performance.

Responsibilities

• Lean Strategy, Framework & Global Standards
  Define and execute the Lean maturity roadmap, develop and embed a structured Lean system, establish clear standards for Value‑Stream Mapping, tiered problem solving, Kaizen, 6S, visual management, and waste elimination, and assess continuous improvement of Lean maturity.
