Overview
The Senior Manager, Integrated Project Delivery (Senior Manager, IPD) oversees multi-million-dollar design-build construction projects, primarily focused on HVAC and energy-efficient decarbonization. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The Senior Manager, IPD will drive continuous process improvements and align with Blackstone’s Health & Safety, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion + Belonging initiatives.

DESIGNATIONS: PMP, GSC, C.E.T., B. Eng. or equivalent
LOCATION: Southwest GTA (Sites located in areas central to Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo/Guelph)
