Job Responsibilities:
1.HR Services, Governance & Process Improvement
- Review, enhance, and implement HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices to support organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company standards across all HR practices.
- Standardize HR processes and service delivery across departments and operational locations to ensure consistency, fairness, and operational excellence.
- Lead HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service quality.
- Monitor HR audit readiness, compliance standards, and effectiveness of policy implementation.
- Maintain and continuously update the Employee Handbook in alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational culture.
