Senior Manager - HR Generalist (Logistics)

This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can seamlessly manage both corporate and blue-collar workforce , while building scalable HR processes in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Business Partnering

• Act as an HR Business Partner to business leaders across functions

• Drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, engagement, performance, and exits

• Support organisational growth with strong HR governance and policies

Blue Collar Workforce Management

• Manage end-to-end HR for blue-collar / field workforce (drivers, loaders, warehouse staff, etc.)

• Handle high-volume hiring, onboarding, attendance, and grievance management

• Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labour, labour laws, and workforce policies

• Work closely with operations teams for manpower planning and deployment
