The High Net Worth (HNW) Case Manager serves as the dedicated underwriting concierge for High Net Worth (HNW) cases, providing guidance and support to agents from pre-submission advisory to policy approval.

This role partners closely with agents to shape quality submissions upfront — anticipating medical and financial underwriting requirements, strengthening documentation readiness, and mitigating potential delays.
