**Job Description :**

We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Growth & Lifecyle Marketing** to lead audience growth, engagement, and retention strategies across our newsletter portfolio, free membership offerings, and suite of mobile applications.

This role will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and lifecycle marketing initiatives that scale high-quality audiences while maintaining strong engagement and retention performance. You will partner closely with editorial, creative, product, analytics, and external partners to execute data-informed growth strategies across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels.
