Senior Manager, Group Corporate Assurance

Company & Job Purpose

Company: Sime Darby Holdings Berhad. The role supports the Head, GCA – Greater China (“Regional Head”) by overseeing the corporate assurance function covering assigned Divisions, GHO Functions and Cross‑GCA Regions collaboration (“The Assigned Area”). This includes coordination of a centralized scope and risk assessment for the respective units within the Divisions or Business, ensuring a consistent focus on material risk areas in the review. The incumbent will proactively lead and provide strategic guidance to the GCA team(s) for The Assigned Area, improving business processes and internal control frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and value‑add.
