Senior Manager, Governance & Compliance

We are looking for a senior manager to join UPM Plywood in the WISA Group Plc, a publicly listed company set to be established from the partial demerger of UPM-Kymmene Corporation.

What you will do

Develop and maintain the company’s compliance and governance framework, oversee implementation of policies, standards and internal controls, and support the organization in meeting regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Coordinate compliance‑related processes, monitor adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, and promote a strong culture of integrity, ethics and accountability across the organization.

Provide guidance to business leaders, support risk management activities and act as a trusted advisor on governance and compliance matters.
