Senior Manager, Global Real Estate (Asia Pacific)

Leads a lean team of real estate professionals and manages complex, high-value real estate transactions. This role provides strategic guidance to ensure the organization’s real estate portfolio is aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

As part of the corporate-wide real estate and transaction management function, the Sr Manager – Global Real Estate is responsible for managing the Company’s diverse real estate portfolio across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The position is based in Malaysia and reports to the Senior Director, Global Real Estate.
