Senior Manager, Global Organizational Development

The Senior Manager, Global Organizational Development is responsible for employee engagement projects, leadership development design and delivery across the organization. This role is responsible for caring for the employee experience and building strong leaders who are aligned with our company values; This role will support the lifeline of the employee and leadership experience – sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, continued culture alignment, employee engagement, and growth opportunities. A successful Senior Manager is confident in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to bring in and build strong cross-functional relationships, lead diverse delivery team initiatives/projects, develop and execute practice initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.
