**Fleet Central Design Senior Manager – Energy Center**
**Please Note:** This position is located at the Southern Nuclear Corporate Office in Birmingham, Alabama, or at one of Southern Nuclear's operating sites.
**JOB SUMMARY**
The **Central Design Senior Manager (Fleet)** reports directly to the **Central Design Engineering Director** and is responsible for the overall management and technical direction of Fleet Mechanical/Civil Design, Electrical/I&C Design, Cyber Security Engineering, Procurement Engineering, and Extended Power Uprate.
This position serves as the designated **Southern Nuclear Design Authority** for design control processes and the technical adequacy of fleet design requirements.
The Central Design organization is responsible for the production of capital project designs, either internally or with the support of Architect Engineers (AEs), as well as discipline-specific engineering analyses. Central Design consists o...
