Senior Manager Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities and Oversight

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS for a publicly traded company.
• Oversee and mentor a team of four finance professionals, including newly qualified CPAs.
• Manage the integration and consolidation of financial data following acquisitions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Drive the transition from ASPE to IFRS standards, including systems upgrades and process improvements, and various implementation projects.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and compliant audit processes.
• Support and develop, including maintain internal controls related to financial reporting.
