Senior Manager - Finance & Operations

Financial Management & Strategy

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Develop systems for non-profit accounting, including donor-advised funds and project accounting
• Oversee investments and fund management (e.g., bank deposits, T-Bills, other investments)
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting frameworks, and MIS/analytics
• Provide regular insights to management on key financial metrics (donations, disbursements, investments, P&L, budget utilization)
• Drive adoption of tools and systems to improve efficiency in finance and donor management

Accounting, Audit & Compliance

• Oversee accounting systems, ledgers, and financial reporting in line with applicable standards
• Lead external audits and internal audit processes, ensuring timely closure of findings
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
