Roles reporting directly to this position include Finance Managers, Financial Analysts and Finance Clerks.Key Responsibilities:

Hires, and provide orientation for new staff as required.

Ensure all staff receive PDP’s annually, assisting them with their professional development.

Coaches, advises, motivates and provides leadership to staff; creates a positive workplace for staff.

Oversees general accounting and financial reporting
